Monofilament & Danline

Monofilament extrusion utilizes water bath quenching and special ovens placed between draw stands for producing filaments in polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, and polyamide. Monofilament diameters range from 0.005" to 0.022" (0.1mm to 1.2mm). Monofilaments can wound individually at speeds up to 300 meters per minute or in groups up to 250 meters per minute.
Danline is similar to the monofilament line, except it also incorporates a crimper to texturize the filaments.
