FARÉ Spunbond - Generation IIIFARE S.p.A. is pleased to now offer third generation spunbond plants. These plants are capable of producing nonwoven webs in polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and polyester (PET). The fibers can be of standard homopolymers (monocomponent) or bicomponent (sheath/core) configuration.
The raw materials can be virgin material, usually in the form of pellets, or direct from bottle flakes. The FARE system for extruding PET from flakes removes the conventional drying and crystallization steps, reducing the power consumption considerably. Main Characteristics:
